Rush Cup Printing — Branded Cups Delivered in 3 Business Days
Your event is Friday. Your cups need to be there Thursday. We make that happen — same quality, accelerated timeline.
How It Works
72 Hours. Here Is What Happens.
Rush orders follow a compressed but fully controlled process. Every step is accelerated — none are skipped.
Submit Print-Ready Artwork
Rush orders require final vector artwork at placement — no design work, no file cleanup. Send your .ai, PDF, or .eps with Pantone color codes specified and cup size confirmed.
Rush Proof Delivered
Your digital proof arrives within 4 business hours. One revision cycle is available on rush orders. Approve by end of Day 1 to hold your 3-day commitment.
Priority Production
Your order jumps the standard queue. Screens are made first thing. Inks are mixed, cups are staged, and the print run completes before end of business Day 2.
Express Shipment
Quality inspection and packing on Day 3 morning. Orders ship via express carrier by midday. Arrival date depends on destination — confirm your delivery zip at order placement.

What Makes Rush Different
Print-Ready Art Required
Unlike standard orders, rush orders begin the moment print-ready artwork is submitted. No design stage, no file cleanup — vector files only.
Priority Queue
Your order is flagged as rush at intake and assigned a dedicated production slot that takes precedence over standard-queue jobs.
Same QC Standards
Rush does not mean shortcuts. Color accuracy, registration, and print adhesion are inspected on the same standard as every other order we ship.
Express Carrier
Rush orders ship via express carrier, not standard ground. The extra shipping cost is itemized in your quote — no surprises at checkout.
Artwork Guide
What You Need to Have Ready Before Placing a Rush Order
Rush orders start the clock the moment you submit. Having the right files ready is the single biggest factor in hitting your deadline.
✓ What We Need (Rush-Ready)
- ✓Vector file (.ai, .pdf, .eps)All text converted to outlines, all colors specified as Pantone Coated codes.
- ✓Confirmed cup size and materialKnow your cup type and oz size before you submit — changes after submission restart the clock.
- ✓Pantone color codesSpecify exact PMS Coated colors — no "match our website blue."
- ✓Delivery address and deadlineWe check carrier capacity to your zip code before confirming the rush guarantee.
✗ What Disqualifies a Rush Order
- ✗Raster logos (JPG, PNG)Files that need re-drawing cannot be rush processed. Place a standard order and get your files fixed first.
- ✗Unspecified colors"Match my brand" or "use your best judgment" requires revision cycles that break the 3-day timeline.
- ✗Quantities over 5,000Larger runs require more production time. Contact us — we can often stage large rush orders in batches.
- ✗Extremely complex multi-color designsDesigns with 3 colors (3 machine passes) may not qualify for 3-day guarantee. We'll tell you at quote stage.

FAQ
Rush Cup Printing — Common Questions
How fast is rush cup printing?
3 business days from artwork approval to shipment. Day 1: proof and approval. Day 2: production. Day 3: ships via express carrier. Arrival depends on your destination zip code — confirm at order placement.
What does rush printing cost compared to standard?
Rush orders carry a 25–40% premium over standard pricing, plus express shipping costs. All pricing is itemized in your quote before you confirm — no surprises.
What artwork do I need for a rush order?
Print-ready vector files — Adobe Illustrator (.ai), PDF, or .eps — with Pantone color codes specified. We cannot accept files that need design work on a rush timeline.
What is the minimum order for rush printing?
500 cups, same as standard orders. Rush is available for quantities up to 5,000 cups. Larger orders may require a custom timeline — contact us.
What materials are available for rush?
PP plastic, PS rigid, PET clear, and single-wall paper cups are available for rush. Double-wall, compostable, and styrofoam have limited rush availability — confirm at quote stage.
What if my event is in 2 days?
Contact us immediately — do not rely on the online form for same-day needs. In some cases we can accommodate extremely tight timelines depending on queue capacity. We always try.
Can I reorder rush cups at a better price?
Reorders skip setup fees, which offsets part of the rush premium. If your screens are on file and the artwork hasn't changed, reorder rush pricing will be lower than your first rush order.
