Minimum Order Quantity
Our minimum order is 250 units per design. This floor exists because every design requires a dedicated screen setup — a fixed cost regardless of order size — so 250 units is roughly where that setup cost stops dominating the per-unit price. Full explanation in our MOQ guide.
Production Lead Time
Standard production takes 7 business days after you approve your digital proof, which is typically delivered within 24 hours of receiving your artwork. Need it faster? Rush production compresses that to about 3 business days for a surcharge. See our full breakdown of what determines lead time.
Shipping Across the USA
Finished orders are packed to prevent damage in transit and shipped to any address in the continental United States. Most orders arrive within 1–3 business days of leaving our facility, with tracking provided as soon as the shipment departs.
Planning Your Order Timeline
For a firm deadline, count backward: shipping (up to 3 days) + production (7 days standard) + proof approval (budget 1–2 days even for a fast turnaround) = roughly 10–12 business days from submitting print-ready artwork. Build in extra time if your artwork isn't yet finalized.
